Hello fellow Angels!
Welcome to the first edition of the Angels Way newsletter! We are thrilled to have you on board as a pre-registration member of this community and can't wait to share all the exciting developments and opportunities that come with being part of Angels Way. We are grateful to all of you for engaging with this project. Your participation is vital to make this community more dynamic and impactful.
In this edition of the newsletter, we will share updates on the onboarding process, the release of the sneak peek version of the AW rules, and news about upcoming events and opportunities for you to get involved.
We value the participation and engagement of everyone, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or feedback. Together, we can make a real difference in the Portuguese ecosystem.
✈️ Onboarding
The onboarding stage began on the 12th of January at Bitalk Summit. We are gathering soft commitments from people who wish to join the community. So far, we have collected more than 350 pre-registrations, with 75% of the capital to raise.
💼 Legal
Currently waiting for the new law that regulates investment funds to be approved and consequent CMVM approval.
Today, the minimum legal ticket allowed is 50k€, and we need it to decrease to at least 1200€. We met last month with CMVM, and they told us it should happen very soon.
📱 Social Media
We have officially opened our social media profiles and started posting regularly.
We encourage everyone to follow our social media channels as we will keep updating them with relevant information about how Angels Way will operate in detail. Also, it helps expand our social media reach and impact, which means more people will have the opportunity to meet this project and contribute to the vision.
We also adopted the following icon as the official AW Emoji: 🔷
👀 Sneak Peek
We just released the AW Sneak Peek document. It's an introduction to the detailed Angels Way Wiki, which will be released soon.
We will soon announce the dates for several open calls with the community to discuss any questions, ideas, or concerns you may have. In the meantime, please pay attention to our social media channels, where we will keep updating you. Also, feel free to reach out to us on any communication channel.
📰 Media
The Bitalk Podcast has featured a special episode where they mention and promote Angels Way. The episode aired on TV at Canal Q and on online platforms such as YouTube and Spotify. It generated thousands of views and many pre-registrations.
